Hello, I did not find much about it, so I venture to ask. Obviously there are several kind of gooseberry in fact, I live in the Var, and I'd put currants. But I do not if it's possible (because it's hot) and there are several kinds, which to choose. All I want is either in the form of bush. (Not on the ground like strawberries, because I have not wanna spend my summer débrousailler and digging). now thank you.

hello, the gooseberry grows well in Normandy because I have one in the Orne. to remove the doubt about the Var, ask a garden center in your area. It is the experience of what drives and ... sells.

Hello, So for the answer, I'm gone in gardening, the gooseberry sell. Apparently it grows even in the south, provided that he have some shade. J'croise still fingers so they are resistant to hot weather.
